What's the difference between Verified and Accredited?
Verified involves remote credential and documentation checks. Accredited additionally requires an on-site assessment visit and approval against the accreditation standards. A Verified clinic must not describe itself as Accredited.
Can we join before applying for an assessment?
Yes. A Free Listing is the starting point for clinics that want a directory presence. It does not include a Verified or Accredited badge.
Can we add multiple locations?
Yes. Each location should have its own profile, contact details and evidence record. Assessment status is attached to the relevant location.
Will joining guarantee patient enquiries?
No enquiry volumes or treatment bookings are guaranteed. The aim is to give patients clearer information and a route to contact your clinic.
Can AI approve our clinic?
No. AI is intended to help with preparation and administration. Qualified human reviewers make the assessment decisions.
Can we upload our documents now?
Once your clinic has an account, log in to your clinic area and scan the QR code shown there to upload documents from your phone.
